Chana-Rivka Foster, M.D.

Dr. Foster is originally from Sonoma County, California.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Brandeis University in Boston, Massachusetts and received her Medical Degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She completed her OB/GYN residency at New York Medical College, located in New York City.

Over the course of her training, Dr. Foster has received numerous medical student and residency teaching awards in addition to the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award.  She is committed to the care of women throughout all phases of life, and places a particular focus on patient-centered care and shared decision-making.

Dr. Foster’s clinical interests include prenatal care, gynecologic surgery, and contraception management.  She speaks Spanish fluently.

Dr. Foster enjoys swimming, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
